Overview
Gangtok, Lachen, Lachung, and Darjeeling are all beautiful destinations located in the northeastern part of India, offering a blend of natural beauty, cultural heritage, and adventure.
- Best Time to Visit: The best time to visit these regions is during the spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) when the weather is pleasant and the skies are clear.
- Travel between Locations: The distance between these towns can be considerable, and roads in North Sikkim can be rough, especially in high-altitude regions like Lachen and Lachung. It’s advisable to travel with a local guide or as part of a package tour, especially for the more remote locations.
